Oh my goodness.
You guys, I don't want to toot my own horn but this chicken parmesan was the bee's knees. As you know, I'm going off of the Pioneer Woman's recipe (I just changed the type of noodles to the ones I grew up eating with this dish) and believe me, sister can cook.
I'm new to cooking so this took me about two hours to make when it really could be done in one. But it was all worth it because Michael loooved it. Needless to say this is now on the dinner rotation. Next up: Meatloaf tonight!
In other news, I snapped this creeper pic of my cutie bear husband serving hot dogs at the firefighter's booth during the air show last week. You know how much I love taking creeper shots.
Have a good weekend, friends!

One time I tried a Chicken Parm recipe - it wasn't the Pioneer Woman's recipe, and maybe that was my first problem - and it resulted in our entire apartment filled with smoke.
And we had BK that night.
After I dried my tears.
Glad your ending was a little happier :) It looks delicious!
Haha, aww court!

I'm a pro at creeper shots. This is a good one! ;) And that chicken parmesan looks delicious, and I'm not one to like that kind of food!
